Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch square baking dish with butter and parchment.
- Boil apple cider in a sauté pan until reduced by half. Mix in diced butter until melted.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugars, olive oil, sour cream, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- Gradually add the reduced cider mixture to the wet ingredients.
- Stir in flour until just combined; pour batter into the prepared dish.
