  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs with milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; stir in diced apples.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet with space in between each.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
