  • 45 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 g Bread Crumbs
  • Salt
  • White Pepper
  • Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with cheddar cheese, salt, white pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook ground beef in a frying pan over medium heat until browned; season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Take a portion of mashed potato mixture and flatten it. Place mozzarella cheese and cooked beef in the center, wrap the potato around to form a patty.
  4. Dredge each croquette in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry in heated oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (3-4 minutes per side).
