- 400 g Ground Beef
- 45 g Cheddar Cheese
- 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
- 100 g Flour
- 1 Egg
- 150 g Bread Crumbs

- Garlic Powder

- Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with cheddar cheese, salt, white pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook ground beef in a frying pan over medium heat until browned; season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Take a portion of mashed potato mixture and flatten it. Place mozzarella cheese and cooked beef in the center, wrap the potato around to form a patty.
