  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • 16 oz broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the rice according to package directions.
  2. In a 9×13 baking pan, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, both soups, melted butter, milk, broccoli florets, diced onion, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes. In the last few minutes, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  4. Allow the casserole to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
