- 340 g powdered sugar (sifted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two round baking pans.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, dark brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and cloves; whisk until blended.
- In another bowl, beat unsalted butter with neutral oil until creamy, then add room temperature whole milk, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix well.
