Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Wash and cube the potatoes into small pieces (about ½ inch) and add them to the slow cooker.
- Pour the cooked meat mixture over the potatoes in the slow cooker. Add cream of mushroom soup, corn, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and half of the cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook on LOW for about 5 hours without lifting the lid.
