  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, egg, milk, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
