  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the mixture over one side of the puff pastry and gently press with a rolling pin. Flip the pastry and repeat on the other side.
  3. Fold both long edges toward the center and roll up tightly.
  4. Chill in plastic wrap for 15 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Cut into 1cm strips and dip edges in remaining cinnamon sugar.
  7. Bake strips on parchment-lined tray for 14 minutes, flip, and bake an additional 4 minutes until golden.
