- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions

- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the mixture over one side of the puff pastry and gently press with a rolling pin. Flip the pastry and repeat on the other side.
- Fold both long edges toward the center and roll up tightly.
- Chill in plastic wrap for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut into 1cm strips and dip edges in remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Bake strips on parchment-lined tray for 14 minutes, flip, and bake an additional 4 minutes until golden.
