  • 1 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 15 oz can corn, drained
  • 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in a large pot according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbled Turkey bacon and cooked ground beef. Stir in taco seasoning.
  3. Mix in corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes, scallions, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the mixture and toss gently.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  6. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and mix well.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
