Instructions

  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and hamburger seasoning; cook until browned.
  4. Split Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally; place bottoms in the baking dish and brush with cowboy butter.
  5. Layer cooked beef mixture, jalapeños, crumbled bacon, cheese, and fried onions before topping with the roll tops.
  6. Brush again with cowboy butter and bake covered for 15 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
