- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion for about 5–7 minutes until translucent.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth, drained white beans, green chilies, chili powder, cumin, and oregano. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Microwave cream cheese for about 30 seconds to soften; stir it into the chili until well combined. Cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving with your favorite toppings.
