  • 8 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 oz parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
