  • 1 (15.5 oz) can light red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chili seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the lean ground beef with diced onion until fully cooked. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  2. Transfer meat mixture to a slow cooker; drain excess grease if necessary.
