- 1/4 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 cup fruit juice or broth
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup chicken stock

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated onion, minced garlic, smoked paprika, dried sage, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just combined. Form into 16 meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the meatballs for about 6 minutes. Set aside.
- Boil peeled and cubed sweet potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (12-15 minutes). Drain.
- In the same skillet, deglaze with chicken broth, then add maple syrup and Dijon mustard; simmer.
- Return meatballs to the skillet to cook through (8-10 minutes).
- Mash sweet potatoes with butter, cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
