- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; mix in vanilla and fold in more sprinkles.
- Fill muffin liners halfway with batter, add a teaspoon of cheesecake filling, then top with more batter until three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
