Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; mix in vanilla and fold in more sprinkles.
  4. Fill muffin liners halfway with batter, add a teaspoon of cheesecake filling, then top with more batter until three-quarters full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before glazing by whisking powdered sugar with milk; drizzle over muffins and garnish with extra sprinkles.
