Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Fill silicone skull mold with mozzarella pearls and bake for 6-7 minutes until melted. Remove and press into molds; let cool.
- Increase oven to 475°F. Halve cherry tomatoes and place cut side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season, and roast for 10-15 minutes.
- Slice baguette into ½-inch pieces and toast for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- In a mixing bowl, combine basil pesto with black food coloring until desired color is achieved.
- Assemble by spreading black pesto on toasted bread and topping with roasted tomatoes and mozzarella skulls.
- Serve drizzled with balsamic glaze and fresh basil.
