  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Boil linguine according to package directions in salted water. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.

  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic, paprika, and red pepper flakes for about a minute.
  4. Stir in mustard, lemon juice, and chicken broth; simmer gently.
  5. Add heavy cream and half the parsley; cook until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return chicken to the pan; add linguine and parmesan cheese. Toss well.
  7. Adjust seasoning, garnish with remaining parsley and serve.
