  • 1 pound sliced Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven's broiler.
  2. Arrange cocktail rye slices on a baking sheet. Spread about 2 teaspoons of thousand island dressing on each slice.
  3. Add half a slice of corned beef on top of the dressing, followed by a small amount of drained sauerkraut.
