  • 12 slices deli-sliced turkey
  • 12 slices deli-sliced Swiss cheese
  • ⅓ cup salted butter (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • Optional: powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and spray a baking pan (9×13 inch) with non-stick spray.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls without separating them and place the bottom halves in the pan.
  3. Layer half of the Swiss cheese on the rolls, followed by all chicken ham, all turkey slices, and the remaining Swiss cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls over the fillings.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, egg, and pepper; brush generously over all sides of the sliders.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted; cover with foil if they brown too quickly.
  7. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the tops before serving warm with optional raspberry or strawberry jam.
