Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about one hour to firm it up for easier shaping.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls (about 1 1/4 inches in diameter).
- Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat lightly.
- Chill again until firm before serving.
