  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for rolling)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about one hour to firm it up for easier shaping.
  4. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls (about 1 1/4 inches in diameter).
  5. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat lightly.
  6. Chill again until firm before serving.
