  • 2¼ tsp kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup orange juice (divided)
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 8 oz sweet orange marmalade (½ jar)
  • 7 oz whole cranberry sauce (½ can)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  2. Rub the pork with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides (about 10 minutes).
