  • 1 package yellow cake mix

  • ½ cup salted butter (melted)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream (room temperature)
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream (room temperature)
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup salted butter (½ stick)
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ cup salted butter (softened)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and flour gradually. Mix in vanilla extract, sour cream, heavy cream, and eggs until combined.
  4. Pour half the filling over the crust, layer sliced peaches on top, then add remaining filling.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter; stir in sugars until dissolved. Add peaches and cornstarch; cook until thickened and pour over cheesecake.
