- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
- 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
