  • 8 cups fresh peaches, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions
