  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow), cut into chunks
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef by slicing into thin strips and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Layer the seasoned beef at the bottom of the slow cooker.

  7. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, mix cornstarch with cold water until smooth and stir into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
