Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes and place them in a medium bowl.
- Chop the yellow onion and add it to the bowl.
- Remove seeds from jalapeños, dice them finely, and mix into the bowl.
- Coarsely chop the cilantro and add it to the mixture.
- Juice the limes into the bowl (strain out pith).
- Season with kosher salt and stir until combined.
- Refrigerate for about 20 minutes before serving.
