  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  4. Add jasmine rice, chicken broth, soy sauce, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Bring to a boil; then reduce heat to low.
  5. Cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes until rice is cooked through.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet; mix well and heat through for a few more minutes.
