- 130g pistachios, roughly chopped
- 227g white chocolate, finely chopped
- 120g heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons pistachio paste
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ teaspoon almond extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 335°F (170°C) and line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
