- ¼ cup almond flour

Instructions

- For the filling, mix ground pistachios, powdered sugar, almond flour, softened butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Refrigerate.
- Roll out laminated dough to ¼ inch thick; cut into triangles. Place a spoonful of filling on each triangle and roll from wide end to point.
