  • ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling salted water until al dente (8 to 10 minutes), then drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; sauté minced onion until tender. Stir in cottage cheese, cream cheese, beaten egg, basil, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Mix condensed soup, cooked shrimp, crabmeat, milk, and apple vinegar in a separate bowl.
  5. In a baking dish, layer three noodles followed by one-third of the onion mixture and one-third of the seafood mixture; repeat two more times.
  6. Top with Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
