  • 3½ cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 8 ounces dry bowtie pasta
  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut into pieces
  • 8 ounces Colby jack cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and set aside a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sauté onions until translucent, then add garlic for an additional minute.

  4. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl; combine with the beef mixture.

  6. Combine cooked pasta with the beef mixture and stir in Velveeta and half of Colby jack cheese until melted.
  7. Spread into the baking dish and top with remaining cheeses. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
