  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups white vinegar
  • 6 cloves garlic

  • 6 heads of dill seed

Instructions

  1. Set up your canner with water and clean your jars.
  2. Wash and trim the green beans, cutting them to fit in the jars.
  3. In a large saucepan, boil pickling salt, water, and vinegar until dissolved.
  4. Pack jars with garlic, chili flakes, and dill heads followed by green beans.
  5. Fill each jar with hot brine, leaving ½ inch headspace.
  6. Remove air bubbles, wipe rims, and seal jars.
  7. Process in boiling water for 10 minutes before cooling.
