  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in cocoa powder until combined and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add the melted butter/cocoa mixture and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mix to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
  6. For decoration, fill a ziplock bag with melted white chocolate and pipe spider web designs on each brownie.
