Instructions

- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in cocoa powder until combined and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add the melted butter/cocoa mixture and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mix to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
- For decoration, fill a ziplock bag with melted white chocolate and pipe spider web designs on each brownie.
