  • 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 12 medium pimento-stuffed olives
  • 3 slices white bread (or 12 rice crackers)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for 20 minutes. Cool in cold water and peel.
  2. Halve each egg and remove the yolks; strain yolks through a mesh strainer into a bowl.
  3. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and red dye until creamy.
  4. Cut small circles from bread or crackers for bases; toast if using bread.
  5. Create holes in egg whites for olive placement; fill with yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with olive slices and serve on your chosen base.
