  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 20 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 package candy eyes
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9 x 9 inch cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and 1 cup chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat eggs until frothy. Gradually add in the melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Combine dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt) into the wet mixture and fold in remaining chocolate chips.
  5. Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares.
  6. Dip each brownie into melted chocolate mixed with coconut oil for coating and refrigerate.
