Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two greased 9-inch round baking pans lined with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, sour cream, milk, vanilla extract, and fruit juice or broth until smooth.
  3. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients gently until just mixed.
