- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 32 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped
- 1 box jumbo shells
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté diced bell peppers until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in marinara sauce with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; simmer briefly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cooked spinach, eggs, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and salt; mix thoroughly.
- Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and arrange in a baking dish over some meat sauce. Pour remaining sauce on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top, increase temperature to 375°F (190°C), and bake another 15 minutes until bubbly.
