Instructions
- Peel and dice the pear, then toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey strips until golden brown; remove them using a slotted spoon.
- In the same skillet, add shallots and sauté for one minute before stirring in Dijon mustard.
- Add frozen peas and diced pears; stir for about five minutes until heated through.
- Turn off the heat and mix in half of the turkey strips along with parsley and black pepper.
- Serve in a bowl topped with remaining turkey strips and garnished with lemon zest.
