Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook bowtie noodles until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain the rest.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and crumbled. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes. Cook until melted and smooth.
- Combine cooked noodles with the sauce in the skillet. Adjust thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
