  • 1 big block of Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained
  • 1 box bowtie noodles (farfalle)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook bowtie noodles until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain the rest.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and crumbled. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes. Cook until melted and smooth.
  4. Combine cooked noodles with the sauce in the skillet. Adjust thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
  5. Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley.
